Stagecoach prides itself on it’s reliable service and high levels of customer satisfaction. In rare circumstances problems can occur and recently your X17 service has been experiencing some delays. We understand that this can cause inconvenience and frustration for our customers and for this we apologise.

We are endeavouring to resolve these issues as quickly as possible by making technical adjustments to the bus operation and using ACIS tracking equipment to monitor the buses. Hopefully you’ll have noticed that many journeys now run on time. We’re using an extra bus on the route to aid punctuality as traffic levels increase from mid November too.

In the longer term, we will make small timetable changes which will come into place at the end of January 2011. Our proposed timetable can be found below and we'd like to know what you think. Please send your comments to us using the form below before 1st December 2010. Thanks.
