Stagecoach Bluebird was successful in its bid for BRDG funding from the Scottish Executive to develop a revised network of improved bus services for Westhill and Elrick areas of Aberdeenshire.

Our online consultation period is now closed - thank you to everyone who commented. We are now finalising the draft timetables and will publicise the revisions as soon as they are registered with the Traffic Commissioner.

Our proposals include, a 15 minute X17 service linking Aberdeen City Centre, Woodend with Westhill and Elrick, with improved frequencies in the evenings and Sundays, in addition we wish to introduce a 30 minute service linking Aberdeen City Centre, Foresterhill with Westhill and Elrick with improved evening and Sunday services, improved and faster links to the communities beyond Westhill and Elrick to Dunecht and Alford with the introduction of Service X15. In addition to the above at Elrick we intend to introduce a Service to Cairnie Crescent and improve links to the Industrial Estates at Westhill.
