What if I lose my Unirider?
If you lose your Unirider you must report it to the police as a lost or stolen item and they will give you a reference number.
You should then email this reference number together with your name and address, stating where and when you bought it to: eastscotland@stagecoachbus.com.
If you bought your Unirider online and lose it, you will need to forward your Worldpay confirmation to the email address above.
Replacement Unirider tickets are considered/awarded on an individual and discretionary basis and are not guaranteed, please keep your ticket in a safe place.
