Using the Stagecoach bus could not be easier. 

First of all decide on what bus you need. Our web site contains timetables for all our services or you can call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33, where staff will be able to assist with planning your journey. (BT callers charged 10p per min plus 6p set-up fee per call. Mobile and other providers' charges vary. Traveline is open weekdays from 7am to 8pm and weekends from 8am to 8pm). 

As the bus approaches you will be able to see the route number and destination on the front.  If this is your bus then simply signal for the driver to stop, wait until the bus is stopped and the doors are fully opened and step on board.

Tell the driver where you are going and what type of ticket you require - if you are unsure then your driver will be able to advise you.  If you already have one of our many bargain multi journey tickets, such as the Megarider, then simply show this to your driver.  If you are using a concession or other type of pass then please have this ready when you board.

We accept cash and give change on all our services.

When you want to get off, press the bell once. For your safety we recommend you remain seated until the bus has arrived at the stop.

Sometimes the bus back home leaves from a different bus stop. Please ask the driver if you are unsure where the bus leaves for your journey home.
