From Monday 17 March 2008 there will be a number of changes to the network of bus services in the Forest of Dean provided by Stagecoach West. These revisions are being introduced following recent surveys of passenger usage and certain poorly-supported buses are being withdrawn. Services not listed below remain unaltered. 

Routes 30 & 31 – COLEFORD - CINDERFORD - GLOUCESTER: Certain times will change and the route taken by buses in the Five Acres / Christchurch / Coalway / Milkwall / Coleford areas will be simplified. 

Routes 35 & 35A – MONMOUTH - COLEFORD - RUARDEAN - ROSS-ON-WYE: Certain times will change. On both Tuesdays and Fridays the service will now serve Redbrook and Scowles instead of Route 742.  

Route 742 – REDBROOK - SCOWLES - COLEFORD: Replaced by Route 35. 

Routes 746 & 747 – CINDERFORD - JOY’S GREEN -  LYDBROOK - COLEFORD: A completely revised timetable will operate between Cinderford, Joy’s Green and Lydbrook, however Route 747 will no longer serve the Lydbrook / Coleford section. Route 35 will continue to provide an alternative service in this area. 

Route 781 – BLAKENEY - CINDERFORD - GLOUCESTER: From 19 March, this service will be operated (on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council) by Belfitt Mini Coach Hire 

Route 784 – PURTON - GLOUCESTER: From 19 March this service will be operated (on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council) by Chepstow Classic Buses.  

Routes 702, 718, 746 and 747 will now be operated by Grindles Coaches on behalf of Stagecoach West and Gloucestershire County Council. Route 705 will now be operated by KWT Coaches on behalf of Stagecoach West and Gloucestershire County Council. All Stagecoach West tickets will continue to be available for use on these services. The timetables of Routes 702, 705 &718 remain unchanged.
