In writing:
Write to the Operations Manager, Stagecoach Grimsby-Cleethorpes, Victoria Street, Grimsby, DN31 1NS. We will endeavour to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible. In the case of complaints, it would help us greatly if you include the ticket for the journey, as it will give us a great deal of information.
Disability helpdesk:
We have a disability helpline where we can answer your enquiries regarding low floor routes, wheelchair access and other items which may be of a concern. We recognize that there is a wide range of disabilities which might impede some of our customers. Some of these conditions will not be immediately apparent to our staff. It will help us to help you in such situations you tell them that you have a disability.
