Alicia Hill, who joined Stagecoach in East Kent & Hastings in 2004 as the Depot Administrator at Thanet has been promoted to the newly created position of Customer Services Supervisor.
Based at the regional administration centre at Canterbury, Alicia will support the Customer Services Manager to oversee the school bus operations provided to the education authorities, as well as respond to customer suggestions and complaints on the network of over 100 routes provided daily from the 6 depots in the region.
The supply of timetables, tickets and travel passes as well as the supervision of the company’s own travel shop is also within Alicia’s remit. “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to support the determined team that manages the day to day operation of the network and the travel services for schools,” said Alicia.
