The following Services will be revised from Monday 7th April 2008. Click the Service number to link directly to the NEW PDF format Timetable.
A revised timetable will see Service 9 operate every 70 minutes during the main day. This will improve the overall reliability of the Service, which has been suffering from delays.
SERVICE 20Due to problems with the viability of the service due to the amount of resource required by what is a long route, we are having to make changes to reduce the amount of resource required.
The extension operating to Hull Royal Infirmary will be withdrawn. Inwards services will instead operate around the City Centre loop to Carr Lane and then direct to the Interchange via Ferensway. The outward route between the Interchange and Wawne is unaffected.
The timetable will be amended also. A 30 minutes peak time service will be operated with a slightly reduced number of journeys operating between peaks. The Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday daytime timetable is not affected.
The new timetable will list every journey to help passengers understand the new times.
SERVICE 23The journey at 0735 from Askew Avenue will be timed 15 minutes earlier to depart at 0720. Intermediate times will be amended also, however the issue with delays affecting the Service will mean that times between Kingswood and Wilberforce College are largely unaffected. Please check the new timetable for exact intermediate times. The new timetable will appear on the new Hull Bus Guide 2008 which is now available.
Early morning journeys heading towards Wilberforce College have been revised to provide a journey that will arrive at the College at 0835.
The times of Service 40 from Grange Road have been amended Monday to Friday before 0900 and Saturdays before 1000 in order to improve the split of times with Service 43.
There is an additional journey on Service 43 on a Sunday at 1700 from the Interchange and 1727 from Grange Road
The times prior to 0900 have been timed slightly earlier to improve reliability. Also the 1805 Service 53 Monday to Friday journey has been retimed to 1810 from the Hull Interchange.
Service 55C is very similar to Service 52, it will be renumbered 52C to make it easier to understand the service between the City Centre and Saltshouse Road. The main timing point of the Service will become the Robin Pub, Bellfield Avenue, as per Service 52.
