If you would like to find out about a specific bus time or journey, then please use the timetable search box on the left or call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Traveline is open weekdays from 7am to 8pm and weekends from 8am to 8pm. Calls cost 10p per minute. Local bus info can also be found on the Traveline website, as well as info about bus routes in other parts of the country. Or call at our travel offices in the bus stations at Lincoln, Newark, Scunthorpe and Skegness.

In the case of complaints, it would help us greatly if you include the ticket for the journey, as it will give us a great deal of information.

Disability helpdesk:
We have a disability helpline where we can answer your enquiries regarding low floor routes, wheelchair access and other items which may be of a concern. We recognize that there is a wide range of disabilities which might impede some of our customers. Some of these conditions will not be immediately apparent to our staff. It will help us to help you in such situations you tell them that you have a disability.

Lost Property
When alighting off your bus, we would advise that you check your seat before you leave to ensure that you have everything that you brought with you on the bus. However, should you accidentally leave an item on the bus it will be sent to your nearest Stagecoach Office where it will be logged and stored for a period of one month.
