Child Fares Half fares for kids!
Unlike some bus companies, we get no subsidy from local authorities to reduce children's fares. We do, however, offer discounted fares for children.

Up to two children under the age of 5, accompanied by a fare paying passenger, can travel free of charge. Children aged 5 to 15 inclusive pay the appropriate child fare. 

The child fare varies by time of day. After 8.55am on schooldays and at any time during school holidays, a discounted fare of half the adult rate is charged. Half fare is charged on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. On schooldays, before 8.55 am, children pay the child standard return fare which is 2/3 of the adult fare. Children are charged full fare for single journeys before 8.55am on schooldays.

Scholar Tickets Pay Once, Ride all Term!!
Scholar’s tickets are available for children who would rather pay their bus travel for the full year or a term all at once.A discount of 7.5% for a term or 10% for the full year is given on what the full price would be.

Ages 5-15 including age 16 if in year 11 pay child standard return fare.
Ages 16-18 pay adult return fare.

These passes have to be prepaid, either by calling into the main reception on Deacon Road, Lincoln, or by a cheque through the post.
