megabus.com, the UK’s leading budget inter-city coach service, has expanded its network of routes once again.

The improved megabus.com timetable now offers exciting express services to Leeds, with one coach each day operating in both directions. This compliments the existing megabus.com destinations of Meadowhall, Edinburgh and London.

And with megabus.com, customers can book their journeys from just £1*.

"Following customer feedback, we have modified the timetable to provide even more buses to and from Meadowhall and London. As a result, we’ve also been able to reintroduce a much-requested link to Leeds, which is perfect for a day’s shopping."

megabus.com is based on the same yield management concept as the budget airlines, with cheaper fares for customers who book early. Seats are booked on a secure e-commerce website at megabus.com. Fares start from just £1, plus a 50p booking fee.

Research shows megabus.com is appealing to a wide customer base, including students, commuters, families and "silver surfers" - over 55s who use the internet. Many passengers have also switched from cars, as well as travelling by bus and coach for the first time.
