Route 20 is operated by Stagecoach and run under contract to Northamptonshire County Council on behalf of the University of Northampton. 

Route 20 buses will not run during the University summer holidays.

The last day of operation will be Friday 11th July 2008 and the service will resume operation in late September 2008.
