1. If you know the number of the bus you want, simply select it from the "Service no." drop-down box on the left hand side of this page. The link to the timetable for the service you choose will then appear underneath this text. 

2. If you're not sure which bus to catch, enter a departure or arrival place (e.g. Carnforth) in the box on the left hand side of this page. Links to the timetable options will then appear underneath this text.

3. If you'd like to speak to someone about your journey you can ring Traveline
on 0871 200 22 33 (Calls cost 10p per minute from a BT landline, calls from other service providers and calls from mobiles may vary). Traveline is open weekdays from 7am - 8pm in Cumbria, 8am - 8pm in Lancashire, 7 days a week. Local bus info can also be found on the Traveline website, as well as info about bus routes in other parts of the country.
