We will be making improvements to our services between Wantage, Marcham, Abingdon and Oxford from Sunday 9th December 2007.
Route 31 will replace the current 32/33 between Wantage, Grove (main road), East Hanney village, Marcham, Abingdon and Oxford. The frequency will be doubled, operating every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evenings.
All journeys will operate via Bagley Wood, and certain journeys will operate via Abingdon College and Northcourt Road.
On Sunday evenings buses will run every 2 hours.
Route N31 will run on Friday and Saturday nights from Oxford to Wantage and from Oxford to Abingdon via the A34 up to every 20 minutes until as late as 3am.
Route X30 will be reduced to an hourly frequency as a result of the above improvements, but with an increased frequency in the morning peak. Whilst the frequency is being reduced, we will be using some of the resource to improve the reliability of this service.
Route 34 will continue to operate unchanged, but with an additional afternoon journey an hour earlier.
Route 32 The subsidised section of route 32/33 between Abingdon, Culham, Sutton Courtenay, Didcot, The Hendreds and Wantage will now be operated as a separate service by Thames Travel. Please contact Traveline for more information.
Route N32 our late night bus to Sutton Courtenay, Steventon, Didcot and Harwell will continue to operate on Friday and Saturday nights.
