Two buses operated by Stagecoach in Andover have received new liveries to promote a new regional radio station. The Mercedes, 23 seat, single deck buses will be seen on local routes in the town following the launch of Andover Sound on 106.4 FM.
Pete Robinson, Stagecoach’s Operations Manager, said that they are delighted to promote the new station that provides frequently updated travel information on the bus services in the region.
Gary Haberfield, Sales Director at Andover Sound, said that the distinctive buses are part of the station’s successful launch campaign and will remain liveried for the next 12 months.
Stagecoach’s Andover depot operates over 25 routes, both within Andover itself and to other major towns further afield, using a fleet of 31 buses and a team of 56 drivers.
