The Pulse runs every 10 minutes during the day into the heart of Worthing on Monday to Saturday. There are also buses every 30 minutes on a Sunday daytime and every hour in the evenings until around 11pm. These buses have no steps making it really easy if you have a buggy or heavy shopping and you can forget about finding a parking space in the town centre.
