Applications in Teesside and Hartlepool are processed by Stagecoach.

The form should be filled in by the corporate representative with whom Nexus will be dealing, ensuring that their name is filled in as the main contact.
Fill in the details of each applicant, indicating whether they require replacement cover at a cost of £12 **.
All first-time applicants will need to provide two passport-sized photographs, to be enclosed with the application form. One of these will be used as part of the ticket. Please write the name of each applicant on the relevant photograph.
If an applicant is renewing a Corporate Megarider, they do not need to resend any photographs, but should supply us with the number from the data card of their current ticket at the time of renewal.
Total up the amount and enclose a cheque with your application. Please make the cheque payable to Nexus.
Send the above at least 14 days before the start of the month in which you wish the ticket to start to:
Nexus, Nexus House, St. James’ Boulevard, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE1 4AX (for Tyne and Wear applications).
We will then aim to process your ticket within 14 days.
Please note, we only process applications at this time on a monthly basis.
** There are no refunds on replacement tickets. The fee of £12 covers one replacement only. Replacement fee cover does not include the cost of the Photocard. Replacement cover must be taken at the time of initial purchase.
In the incident of theft, a crime reference number will be required before replacement. No refunds are given on replacement tickets.
Tickets are only available to employees within a stated company. It is required that the company remain alert to any fraud or improper use of tickets and inform Stagecoach/Nexus as soon as possible of anything unusual.
If an employee should leave the company or decide that a Stagecoach Corporate Megarider is unsuitable for their needs we offer a refund on a pro-rata basis, according to how long they have had the ticket.
Refunds are subject to a £15 administration fee.
Please send us the ticket, along with an explanatory letter giving the reasons for the required refund and we will credit back the company.
Travel vouchers, to use for work-related employee travel, are available in booklets of 50 for both the daily and weekly versions. Simply purchase these directly from our sales representative. Both Dayrider and weekly Megarider products are non-refundable.
