The company has achieved a patronage increase of 4% over the past year, and has improved the quality of the Sunderland fleet by introducing more than £1 million-worth of new buses in the last few months. This investment means that more than 2/3 of the Sunderland fleet is now made up of low floor easy access buses.  These buses feature step-free entrances, room for buggies and wheelchair access.
