Please use this form if you have lost a paper ticket

If you have lost a   Stagecoach Smart Card   please register the loss using your Stagecoach account, email   customer.support@stagecoachsmart.com  or by calling 0345 810 1000* (lines are open 07:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day).  *Calls are charged at geographic rates (the same as 01/02 numbers) and are included in call packages from both landlines and mobiles.
 

Can’t find your paper  ticket? Fill in our Stagecoach lost or stolen ticket form and we’ll get in touch to let you know if we can replace your ticket. 

Please note that conditions apply and we may charge you for a replacement ticket.
