If you bought your student bus pass online and you lose your Stagecoach Smart Card please register the loss using your Stagecoach account, email email@example.com or by calling 0345 810 1000* (lines are open 07:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day). *Calls are charged at geographic rates (the same as 01/02 numbers) and are included in call packages from both landlines and mobiles.
If you bought your student bus pass at a sales agent please fill in our Stagecoach lost or stolen ticket form and we’ll get in touch to let you know if we can replace your ticket.
Please note that conditions apply. Stagecoach Smart cards will be replaced free of charge. A charge of up to £50 is applicable to replace a paper ticket.
