If you bought your student bus pass online and you lose your Stagecoach Smart Card please register the loss using your Stagecoach account, email [email protected] or by calling 0345 810 1000* (lines are open 07:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day). *Calls are charged at geographic rates (the same as 01/02 numbers) and are included in call packages from both landlines and mobiles.
Please note that conditions apply. Stagecoach Smart cards will be replaced free of charge. A charge of up to £25 is applicable to replace a paper ticket.
