Following changes to government guidance in England and Wales more seats are available on our buses and standing is allowed. There will also be more seats available in Scotland.

Can I cancel my ticket once I have bought it?

Yes, if you really want to. To cancel your ticket:

• Log in to your account 
• Go to ‘My tickets’ 
• Select ‘Show details’ 
• Then, against the ticket you want to cancel, select ‘Cancel online’
