Following government announcements on the roadmap out of lockdown and plans to gradually restore greater normality to everyday lives, we're making plans to get more services back on the road, including school services from 8th March. Why has my discount code not been accepted?

The terms and conditions of each discount code may vary, so please ensure you check these when you receive your discount code.

Codes may only be valid on certain tickets or may only be valid on the app and not the web, or vice versa. The majority of codes will have an expiration date too - you should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code, for example, in an email.

Some codes will only work for specific users. If you've received the code in an email from Stagecoach Bus then the code may only be used by you. Make sure you're trying to use the code using your Stagecoach account that is registered with the same email address that we sent the code to.
