We've put in place measures to allow you to travel safely including limiting available seats on buses and enhanced cleaning. Please avoid busy times, use contactless payment where you can, keep your distance and take your litter with you. You can keep up to date checking our main Coronavirus page.
If you have a megarider VIP ticket you'll need to show a Stagecoach VIP card or, in Tyne and Wear, a Nexux under 16 Pop card or Network One Young Persons ID card.
If you have a student ticket, you must show a valid student ID to the driver when you get on. The name on the ticket must match your ID card.
Valid photo ID for student tickets include a library card, NUS card, university/college ID card, International Student ID (ISIC) card and must include a recent photo of you.
Some local conditions might apply (such as a photo ID number registered on the student ticket) and these will be detailed during the online buying process.
Where ID is needed, you must show it to any member of Stagecoach staff on request.
Failure to do so may mean you'll have to pay the full fare.
