We know many of you will be looking for information for how lockdown will affect our services. We're working hard to keep our services running for essential journeys, however there may have been some changes to timetables in your area. Please check our latest timetables for more information.

How do I buy a mobile ticket?

1. Tap 'Buy' from the bottom menu and choose a location for the area you want to travel in.
2. Choose a ticket and ensure you have selected the passenger type you need.
3. Check the terms and conditions and tap 'Add to basket'.
4. After adding one or more tickets, go to your basket.
5. Tap 'Proceed to Secure checkout' and follow the instructions.
6. Or plan a journey via 'Plan' and tap 'Are mobile tickets available?' and continue from step 3.
