For those with an essential need to travel, there are some things we can all do to help keep everyone safe, including practising social distancing by sitting on your own wherever possible, using contactless payment if you can and taking your newspaper home with you. How do I know if my payment has gone through?

On Stagecoach new ticket machines a successful payment is shown on the customer screen, the border of the screen will go green, the machine beeps and a ticket is printed. If it's unsuccessful there will be a message on the screen and the border of the screen will turn red.
