For those with an essential need to travel, there are some things we can all do to help keep everyone safe, including practising social distancing by sitting on your own wherever possible, using contactless payment if you can and taking your newspaper home with you. If I update the app will my tickets disappear?

No, as long as you're using the same device your tickets are safe. If you've updated and can't find your tickets there are a few things you can try:

  • check if you're still logged in
  • if you are, log out and back in again
  • check 'My Tickets' to see if the ticket has expired
  • check that you're logged in using the correct email address
If you still can't see your tickets, please get in touch with us via the app contact form. Please keep hold of any receipts for a refund if you've had to buy additional tickets.
