In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales, please wear a face covering, if you can.

My ticket hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Paper Tickets

If you've not received your paper ticket within our standard delivery time of 3 days, please contact our helpline on 0141 352 4462.

Lines are open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday exluding Bank Holidays.

Calls cost 12p per minute plus your phone company's access charge, charges from other providers or mobiles may vary.

Smartcard tickets

For StagecoachSmart cards, please contact our StagecoachSmart helpline on 0345 810 1000.

Lines are open from 07:00 to 22:00 7 days a week excluding Christmas Day.

Calls from landlines and mobiles to this number are charged at a national rate and may be included in inclusive minutes packages.
