Q. Who can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards?
A. If you travel on one of our eligible brands/services then you can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards. To take advantage of our great offers and discounts, you’ll need to show your bus ticket when you redeem your offer.

Q. Is my ticket valid for Stagecoach Rewards?
A. Yes, apart from a few exceptions. You’re good to go if you use the following paper, mobile, StagecoachSmart or app tickets:
- Single
- Return
- Dayrider
- Megarider
- Student
- Carnet
- Annual
The following tickets aren’t valid for Stagecoach Rewards:
- Senior concessionary passes
- Multi-operator tickets
If your journey is one way or you’re using a day ticket, you can only use your offer vouchers on the day of travel. With one week, one month (or longer) tickets you can make use of your offer vouchers on any day for the valid duration of your ticket.
Q. Can I use an offer more than once?
A. It depends on the individual reward so check out the individual partner page for details.
Q. My bus ticket is on a StagecoachSmart card, how can I show the venue my ticket?
A. You’ll have proof of purchase – either a receipt from the bus or a ticket confirmation email – so you can show that to the venue.
Q. What happens if we’re travelling on a group ticket?
A. It varies depending on the venue/attraction but the terms and conditions for individual offers will clearly state how many tickets you’ll need to redeem the offer.
Q. Where do I have to travel to/from to use the Stagecoach Rewards offers?
A. There are no journey restrictions so whether you’re going just a few stops into town or heading out on a day trip, as long as you have a valid ticket you can make use of our great offers.
Q. How do I keep my bus ticket if I use them for an offer?
A. Don’t worry, we don’t want you to hand over your bus ticket and end up stranded at a venue. You just need to show your valid bus ticket and then keep a hold of it for your journey home.

- Children between the ages five and 15 years old need a ticket to travel on our service, children under the age of five don’t. Check the individual attraction/offer website for entry requirements for children.
