In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

Q. How do I sign up for Stagecoach Rewards? 

A. Just follow the link you’ve been sent or go to www.rewards.stagecoachbus.com and complete the registration form – it’s as simple as that! 


Q. How long is my membership valid? 

A. You’ll have access to our great rewards until  20 August 2021

 

Q. Who can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards? 

A. If you travel on one of our eligible brands/services then you can sign up for Stagecoach Rewards. To take advantage of our great offers and discounts, you’ll need to show your bus ticket when you redeem your offer.

 

Q. Is my service eligible for Stagecoach Rewards? 

A. The following Stagecoach Group brands will get you access to Stagecoach Rewards: 

  • Stagecoach Bus 
  • Oxford Tube 
  • Falcon 
  • Stagecoach Supertram 

Conditions apply to specific offers so make sure that you check the individual terms and conditions at Stagecoach Rewards  

 

Q. Is my ticket valid for Stagecoach Rewards? 

A. Yes, apart from a few exceptions. You’re good to go if you use the following paper, mobile, StagecoachSmart or app tickets: 

  • Single 
  • Return 
  • Dayrider 
  • Megarider 
  • Student 
  • Carnet 
  • Annual

The following tickets aren’t valid for Stagecoach Rewards: 

  • Senior concessionary passes 
  • Multi-operator tickets

If your journey is one way or you’re using a day ticket, you can only use your offer vouchers on the day of travel. With one week, one month (or longer) tickets you can make use of your offer vouchers on any day for the valid duration of your ticket. 

 

Q. Can I use an offer more than once? 

A. It depends on the individual reward so check out the individual partner page for details.

 

Q. My bus ticket is on a StagecoachSmart card, how can I show the venue my ticket? 

A. You’ll have proof of purchase – either a receipt from the bus or a ticket confirmation email – so you can show that to the venue.


Q. What happens if we’re travelling on a group ticket? 

A. It varies depending on the venue/attraction but the terms and conditions for individual offers will clearly state how many tickets you’ll need to redeem the offer. 

 

Q. Where do I have to travel to/from to use the Stagecoach Rewards offers? 

A. There are no journey restrictions so whether you’re going just a few stops into town or heading out on a day trip, as long as you have a valid ticket you can make use of our great offers. 

 

Q. How do I keep my bus ticket if I use them for an offer? 

A. Don’t worry, we don’t want you to hand over your bus ticket and end up stranded at a venue. You just need to show your valid bus ticket and then keep a hold of it for your journey home.  

  • Travelling with children. 
  • Children between the ages five and 15 years old need a ticket to travel on our service, children under the age of five don’t. Check the individual attraction/offer website for entry requirements for children. 

Q. Can children use the offers? 

A. No, you need to be 16 or over to use Stagecoach Rewards, depending on the age restrictions on the individual rewards. You’ll find the information you need on the individual partner page. 
 

Q. Can I combine Stagecoach Rewards with other offers? 

A. No, you can’t use Stagecoach Rewards with any other promo or discount offered by the attraction/venue.

 

Q. When do you renew your offers? 

A. We like to keep things exciting and we’re always updating our offers. They’re subject to change and/or withdrawal without notice so keep an eye on our website to make sure you don’t miss out on anything!

 

Q. If I’m travelling with a group of friends how many redemption codes will I need? 

A. It varies depending on what the offer is. For example, if you want to make use of a 2-for-1 offer and there are six of you in the group, you might need three codes to make the most of the offer. If the offer is for 10% off, you might only need one code. The best thing to do is always check the terms and conditions of the individual offer before you make any decisions.

 

Q. How many offers can I redeem? 

A. As long as you have a valid bus ticket, you can redeem a voucher code. There may be some limitations on how many times you can redeem the same offer but you’ll be able to find that information clearly on the terms and conditions for each offer. 


Q. What happens if I don’t have a mobile? 

A. Don’t worry, you’re not going to miss out. You can print out the voucher code and show it at the venue.

 

Q. Can I book attraction tickets in advance and the advertised offer? 

A. Some of our offers will need you to book in advance, especially while Coronavirus is affecting our daily lives. Check with the venue if they need you to prebook your visit.
