In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.
Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.
The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Stagecoach are keen to remind customers that there may be some alterations to some services over the Christmas and New Year period.
During the Festive period, no services will run on the 25th December 2014 and 1st January 2015, but most routes will operate to a revised timetable on all other dates until 3rd January 2015.
Andrew Jarvis, Managing Director, Stagecoach East Scotland said: "We would like to remind customers to check their regular services by referring to our Festive timetable leaflet over the Christmas and New Year period."
Stagecoach have also announced a Festive promotion for regular customers, valid on all 7 day megarider tickets available across East Scotland.
Mr Jarvis continued: "Our '12 days of Christmas' promotional offer means that customers can benefit from 12 days travel for the price of 7. Passengers who purchase any 7 day megarider ticket between 22nd and 28th December will automatically have their ticket extended until 4th January. This offer allows passengers to use our network of fast, frequent services to get around during the Festive period for even less!"
Normal services will resume on 3rd January 2015. For full details of the offer, the festive timetables and the full range of weekly megarider tickets, visit www.stagecoachbus.com or visit your local Stagecoach travel shop.
