In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.
Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

Stagecoach East Scotland's festive timetables for 2019 are now live online.
Services will not run on Christmas Day or January 1 and special timetables will run on certain services on Boxing Day and January 2.
Those planning to travel by bus between 24 December and 3 January are advised to take a look at the information available on the Stagecoach website. As well as a service update with details of all services which will run to altered timetables, the Stagecoach website also provides specific information for different locations and days of travel.
The Customer Service Helpdesk will also have different opening times during the festive period, which will be advertised online. The Helpdesk will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 28/29 December, New Year's Day and 2 January.
Customers are also invited to take part in a competition on the Stagecoach East Scotland Facebook page. The 'Where's That Bear' competition will see a bear and his friends travelling around East Scotland and visiting various bus stops and locations. Winners will receive a bear of their own and a 7 day East Scotland megarider.
