The announcement was made by the UK Bus Awards on 9 and 10 October via a series of social media posts highlighting each category finalist.
Mark Yexley, Chairman of the UK Bus Awards, said: “Stagecoach East Scotland should be really proud of what they’ve accomplished. It’s an achievement in itself reaching the finals in three categories, and having two shortlisted depots in The Top National Depot final is outstanding. Being on the shortlist for the Top Shire Operator award places Stagecoach East Scotland up there as one of the best bus companies in the country. It’s an honour to be able to recognise these businesses. We wish the whole team the very best of luck.”
