Following government announcements on the roadmap out of lockdown and plans to gradually restore greater normality to everyday lives, we're making plans to get more services back on the road, including school services from 8th March. Stagecoach Champions 2016Nominate your favourite employee for a Customer Service Award


We are now in the seventh year of our annual Stagecoach Group Champions Awards which reward outstanding performance by employees at our bus and rail business across Europe and North America.  Awards are given out across a number of categories, including our Customer Service Award. 

 

There are gold, silver and bronze awards for each category and winning employees receive cash prizes and trophies. For the Customer Service category, we invite our bus and rail customers to nominate employees they believe should win the award.

  • Nominate a gold award-winning employee and you could receive £500.
  • Nominate a silver award-winning employee and you could receive £250.
  • Nominate a bronze award-winning employee and you could receive £125. 

Make sure you include as much information as possible to give the employee the best chance of winning, and submit your nomination before the deadline of 27 May 2016.

*Please note - in cases where more than one customer has nominated a winning employee, the prize will go to the customer who submitted their nomination first. If the nomination is made by a group of people, one cash prize will be awarded to the group, not to each individual within the group. Employees or family members of staff who work for any Stagecoach company are not eligible for these cash prizes.
