National lockdown restrictions are in place across England until 2 December but bus services are running as normal. You should only travel for work, education or other permitted reasons.
In South Wales, all of our timetables will go back to what we were running before the 'firebreak' lockdown. There will also be some timetable changes to a number of Aberdare services to improve connectivity.
The new tier system is in operation across Scotland, but if you need to travel, make sure you're up-to-date with what's happening in your area by checking the local government guidance.
We've put in place measures to allow you to travel safely including limiting available seats on buses and enhanced cleaning. Unless you’re exempt, you must wear a face covering throughout your journey. Please avoid busy times, use contactless payment where you can, keep your distance and take your litter with you. Stay up to date on our Coronavirus page.

Leaves are changing colour and falling off the trees, there’s a chill in the air and Summer seems like a lifetime ago. While we get ourselves acclimated to the change in the seasons, we’re looking back on some of the memories we helped create this past Summer.
We asked our customers what their ideal Summer day out would be and, for four lucky winners, we created that day for them.
Emma asked to spend the day with her parents in the Scottish capital. Who better to tell us about her day than Emma herself?
“Thank you so much for the well wishes and everything once again! We had an absolutely fantastic time today and even managed to avoid the rain for most of the day.
We began our day at the Edinburgh Castle where we visited the Nationals War Memorial and saw the Great Hall amongst other exhibits. The views were incredible from the top!"
"After our visit here, we headed to M & S for our lunch and popped into the cafe. Whilst the weather wasn’t the best, we decided to stay indoors but visited Princes Gardens straight away after."
"Following lunch it was time for our escape room trip. Although I hate to admit our defeat to Houdini’s Workshop, we had a really fun time team-working and puzzle solving! "
"Finally, we rounded off our trip with a meal at Cafe Rouge. The food was absolutely brilliant!"
Cat and her family spent the day at Paulton’s Park, a theme park based in Hampshire and best known as the home of Peppa Pig World. Cat’s mum joined them for the special day out and, along with a family meal out, it’s clear from the photos that the kids enjoyed some wonderful adventures with their free bus passes.
Jack, a keen photographer, asked to spend the day in the beautiful Lake District. Although it wasn’t a gloriously sunny day, there’s no denying that he managed to capture the stunning scenery that makes the Lakes such a popular tourist destination.
Melissa and her family spread the fun out over a few days. First stop was Woodlands Family Theme Park in Dartmouth. The largest theme park in Devon not only has rides for all the family but it also has a zoo farm where visitors can see meerkats, reptiles, farm animals and birds of prey.
The next day they joined Buzz, Woody and pals when they watched Toy Story 4 at the cinema, followed by pizza – sounds like the perfect day!
We hope that each family had a great time on their special day out and look back fondly on the memories they made together. Plan your own family outings using our journey planner and start making memories today.
Next stop? Christmas!
