More buses for Buble

Stagecoach Bluebird announced today that new dedicated bus services will connect some key interchanges to P&J Live as part of a new trial.


Those travelling to see Michael Buble from Stonehaven, Ellon, Kingswells and Craibstone will have the option to leave the car at home for both of the Aberdeen performances.

All four new bus routes will operate for free during on Wednesday and Thursday for the Michael Buble shows this week.

Buses to P&J Live will operate as below –

  • Kingswells Park and Ride every 30 minutes from 5.30pm
  • Craibstone Park and Ride every 30 minutes from 5.30pm
  • Ellon Park and Ride – demand based only. Must be booked in advance.
  • Stonehaven Town Centre – demand based only. Must be booked in advance.

Buses from Kingswells and Craibstone do not need to be booked in advance.  

To book your place on the bus from Ellon and Stonehaven please click here or call the booking line on 01383 518660. Please note the telephone booking office is open 8am until 4pm. All bookings must be made before 4pm the day before the event.

The established PJ1 service will also be available for getting to Michael Buble from the city centre. The service departs Union Square bus station and will operate direct to P&J Live every 8 minutes. Buses will also be available back to the city centre after the concert has finished. A single ticket to/from the city centre is £2.60 or a return £3.80.

Return journeys will operate to the city centre, Kingswells, Craibstone, Ellon and Stonehaven after the concert has ended at the same frequencies as above.
