Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales it is compulsory to wear a three layer face covering on public transport. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Green Week is a winner for Alison

06 Jun 2014

For Green Week, 2nd – 6th June 2014, Stagecoach ran a competition for a chance to win a year’s free travel in the local area.

In Oxfordshire, the winner of the Green Week competition was Alison Macey, 29, from Banbury who won an annual Megarider Gold pass.

Mrs Macey, who saw the competition advertised on the Stagecoach website, said “I am delighted to win the competition. I use the bus a lot around Banbury so this prize will be especially useful! Thank you so much to Stagecoach.”

For Green Week, Mrs Macey says she has been walking or getting the bus to places everyday as she doesn’t drive. Her husband has been cycling to work this week instead of driving.
