In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.
Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.
The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Stagecoach have announced improved accessibility to the route 10 bus stop on Horspath Road following discussions with the county council and local residents’ committee.
The bus company have been in discussions with Horspath Area Residents and Tenants association (H.A.R.T) who were concerned about bus stop accessibility for residents at Shotover View, who currently have to cross the road to get on the bus.
Stagecoach have now agreed with the county council that the stop at Horspath Road Turning Circle will be pick up as well as drop off, enabling residents of Shotover View to have easy access to their local bus service.
Karen Coventry, Business Development Manager for Stagecoach commented, “We recognise the frustration of residents at Shotover View with the distance to the next bus stop so we are pleased that buses will be able to pick up residents from their nearest stop, which is currently drop off only.”
Gus Bianchini, spokesperson for H.A.R.T said, “This is great news for the residents at Shotover View and we are delighted that Stagecoach were able to implement these positive changes.”
These changes will come into effect in the week commencing 1st December 2014.
