We all need to do whatever we can to protect each other from Coronavirus, so in line with the latest government guidance, there are measures in place to help you to travel with confidence, including limiting available seats on buses and enhanced cleaning. Unless you’re exempt, you must wear a face covering when using public transport, throughout your journey. Please avoid busy times, use contactless payment where you can and take your litter with you. There are temporary timetables in Wales between 25 October and 9 November due to a two-week Welsh Government lockdown.

Bus travellers are set for a summer of fun, adventure, and a special bit of seaside nostalgia.

Children on a Stagecoach busStagecoach has unveiled its summer ‘Big Bus Guide’ packed full of discounts and special offers at local attractions. There’s a range of great ideas for good value family friendly days out as well as some more refined pursuits for those who fancy a bit of culture.

This summer the bus company has teamed up with over 40 attractions from across the region for a special edition of its ‘Big Bus Guide’ marking the 100th anniversary of East Kent buses.

Historic sites, art galleries, animal parks and castles are among the attractions offering discounts to bus users across Kent and East Sussex. Nine new venues are featured including a nostalgic seaside open-top bus route in Thanet and the historic Canterbury Cathedral. There’s great 2 for 1 offers at attractions such as the popular 1066 Battle of Hastings Abbey and Battlefield, The Jerwood art gallery in Hastings, Dover Castle and Wildwood near Herne Bay.
