We all need to do whatever we can to protect each other from Coronavirus, so in line with the latest government guidance, there are measures in place to help you to travel with confidence, including limiting available seats on buses and enhanced cleaning. Unless you’re exempt, you must wear a face covering when using public transport, throughout your journey. Please avoid busy times, use contactless payment where you can and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page.
There are temporary timetables in Wales between 25 October and 9 November due to a two-week Welsh Government lockdown.

The ‘Shop and Stay’ offer from the South West Falcon builds on the success of their current Monday ‘Megadays’ promotion by offering savvy shoppers the chance to do more for less, saving their pennies for Christmas shopping.
Monday ‘Megadays’ apply to all bookings made in advance via megabus.com for seats on the South West Falcon on 14, 21, 28 November and 5, 12, 19 December. Seats cost just £1 (+50p booking fee) and are available for travel between Bristol, Bristol Airport, Taunton, Exeter and Plymouth.
Once booked, customers can then contact Holiday Inn, Bristol by telephone or email to book their Sunday night stay, quoting ‘Falcon Stagecoach’ and their megabus.com reservation number which they must also present when checking in.
With a mix of independent and big brand names, and a wonderfully festive feeling, Bristol is the perfect place for Christmas shopping. Managing Director of Stagecoach South West, Bob Dennison, comments: “The ‘Shop and Stay’ package offers people not only a relaxing way to get to Bristol and back but also, thanks to the Holiday Inn, a fantastic night away at a great price.”
The Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre is an ideal base for exploring local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Justine Kebby, Cluster Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn, adds:
“At the heart of the city, our hotel offers ultra-modern rooms, a stylish restaurant and bar and a mini gym. It is also conveniently located next to Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, just a few metres from the Falcon bus stop, and close by @Bristol Science Centre and the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.
“We are delighted to team up with Falcon to offer people in the region this fantastic shop and stay opportunity, and look forward to welcoming Falcon guests to the hotel this festive season.”
Stagecoach launched the South West Falcon on 14 February 2016. The eight coaches represent a £2.5 million investment by Stagecoach. All feature free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning, leather seats and charging sockets. The Falcon runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
