Transport Focus Survey Results 2019

Transport Focus, the independent watchdog representing the interests of Britain’s public transport passengers have shared the results of their latest passenger survey.

This survey was carried out between 8 September and 21 December 2019 with several hundred passengers across Devon taking part travelling at a variety of times in the day. The survey maps bus passengers' journey experiences and provides valuable feedback from our customers.

Transport Focus offers advice to the public and aims to secure improvements, influence decisions and support passengers with an emphasis on evidence-based campaigning and research.
