Coronavirus Update Close

National lockdown restrictions are in place across England until 2 December but bus services are running as normal. You should only travel for work, education or other permitted reasons.

In South Wales, all of our timetables will go back to what we were running before the 'firebreak' lockdown. There will also be some timetable changes to a number of Aberdare services to improve connectivity.

The new tier system is in operation across Scotland, but if you need to travel, make sure you're up-to-date with what's happening in your area by checking the local government guidance.

We've put in place measures to allow you to travel safely including limiting available seats on buses and enhanced cleaning. Unless you’re exempt, you must wear a face covering throughout your journey. Please avoid busy times, use contactless payment where you can, keep your distance and take your litter with you. Stay up to date on our Coronavirus page.

Make the most of your bus

Stagecoach will offer Romsey and Woodley residents the opportunity to use the bus for a great, discounted rate.

For the month of May, a single fare on the 32/33 and 66, between Woodley and Romsey, Stagecoach buses will cost just 50p and £1 for a return.

This is one of many promotions Stagecoach will offer across the South of England. All the campaigns aim to incentivise bus travel and encourage people to ditch the car and switch to the bus. Stagecoach has also just launched a promotion on the popular YOYO in Farnborough the Route 4, 5 in Farnham, and the 69 in Winchester.

If you’ve not been on a bus in a while, it will most likely be different to what you remember. Low-floor easy access buses, comfortable seats and free WiFi are all key features. “Staying connected to social, email and the web are important for many passengers... we proud to offer free internet access on the majority of our Winchester buses” said Andrew Dyer, Regional Managing Director for Stagecoach.
