A YOUNG football team is sporting a brand new kit thanks to bus operator Stagecoach who have sponsored the new shirts, through its Coastliner 700 brand.
Rustington Otters junior football club welcomed the partnership with Stagecoach at the start of the season.
Under 13's team coach Andy Alman said "We are very proud to have such a well-established business sponsor us.
‘We’re delighted to have Stagecoach partner with us. Encouraging up and coming sporting talent is hugely important to us and so the sponsorship will make a very positive contribution.”
Formed in 1969 by a group of enthusiastic parents, Rustington Otters Football Club is one of the largest youth football clubs in the Arun district and currently offers the opportunity of youth football to over 250 boys and girls from Under 6 to Under 16.
Rob Vince, local Operations Manager for Stagecoach said: ‘We are thrilled to be part of the local community and so when we heard the team were seeking a new kit sponsor,
we thought it would be a great opportunity for us to step in and help them out.
‘We’re proud to get behind Rustington Otters FC and support the great work they do for youth in the area. I’m sure the new strips will help inspire the team to continue their good run this season and beyond."
Stagecoach's Coastliner 700 buses run up to every 10 minutes between Littlehampton and Brighton via Rustington, Worthing, Shoreham and Hove. Connections are available at Littlehampton for onward travel towards Bognor Regis & Chichester.
