Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales, please wear a face covering, if you can.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Route 51 Announcement

24 Oct 2018

New look for buses to Selsey

We all like a new look from time to time, and our route 51 buses are no different!

In the coming weeks, Stagecoach are pleased to announce that the Gold buses are to receive a new look and brand.

After careful consideration, we have taken the step to update the Gold scheme in favor of a more modern look that captures our mission to continue to deliver an excellent service and retaining the same quality that our customers have come to enjoy since the Gold buses were launched in 2013.

No change to timetable or route...
Buses will continue to run the exact same times with no changes to the route.

You still have the same benefits and creature comforts...
So, whilst the outside will look different, we will still use the exact same buses on the 51, so the on board extras such as free WiFi and comfy seats will remain as now.

The buses are now starting to return to the route and a new identity will be revealed to our customers in the coming weeks.

It's not just the buses...
The task in the coming weeks will be to update all our bus stop information and signage. We realise that changing a brand or logo is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalise it gradually, but rest assured the same level of service will remain in place throughout the entire process.
