In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.
Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales it is compulsory to wear a three layer face covering on public transport. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.
The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

A number of bus timetable changes will be introduced in Barnsley and the Dearne Valley this summer during the school holidays.
To reflect the alterations in traffic conditions, Stagecoach Yorkshire’s services 1 and 11 will operate up to every 12 minutes during the day from Monday to Saturday throughout the summer holidays.
Service 6 will run every 12 minutes from Monday to Friday in the daytime.
John Young, commercial director of Stagecoach Yorkshire, said: “During the school holidays, we see a natural drop-off in the amount of traffic on the roads. These timetable alterations are designed to reflect this change and take into account revised journey times with fewer vehicles operating over the summer.”
Changes to the timetable to improve punctuality are also being introduced on services X20 and 265.
The Monday to Friday service 31 3:45pm journey from Shafton to Barnsley journey will be withdrawn due to low usage.
The changes come into effect from Saturday 16 July.
