Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales it is compulsory to wear a three layer face covering on public transport. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Government Coronavirus Measures - Changes to Bus Services

Revised timetables from 1st June 2020

Last updated: 28th July 2020

We're enhancing our services from Monday 1st June, to help get the area moving as lockdown restrictions start to ease.

We have extensive enhanced measures to keep buses clean and passengers and staff safe and ensure people can feel confident about using our buses. Our enhanced cleaning regime includes at least daily cleaning of all buses with a particular focus on key touch points, and additional in service cleaning where possible.

All buses will continue to have a protective screen to provide a physical barrier between the driver and passenger. In line with government advice, it will be mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings from 15th June.

Social distancing measures  are now in place on all bus services, we are currently running an   exact fare system, so our drivers will be unable to give you change. We strongly encourage contactless payments or you can buy mobile tickets on our app, to keep our staff and customers a little safer.
