Connecting you with where you need to be

After the year and half we have had we have experienced a new way of living, and as restrictions have lifted we continue to be here providing daily journeys to those places that matter most.

Whether it's connecting you with work, education, the doctors or the supermarket, or helping you get back to fun family days out, it's all part of what we do. As the guidelines change you may notice our buses getting busier, with all seats being made available and standing allowed. However, we do have our Busy Bus feature on our App to help indicate if a service is normally busy or quiet.

We have implemented enhanced daily cleaning regimes, which are now part of our norm, and we ask for you to wear a face covering out of consideration for others (if you can), we also encourage you to use contactless to pay for your journey.

All these aspects are part of ensuring everyone travels with confidence on our buses.

Finally your continued support has been amazing, and we have received some lovely positive and heart-warming messages sent to our teams which has been a great source of pride for our colleagues across the region.

We wanted to check in with customers and colleagues to understand how we have been doing and we received some stories of their experiences of Stagecoach during the pandemic and what was important to them - click on the stories above to see what they had to say!
