For the latest travel information for England, Wales and Scotland, see our Coronavirus page.
From Monday 17th May in England only, we’re safely and steadily making more seats available on local buses, when busy. For full details go to our travelling safely page.
Please continue to keep your distance, where possible and wear a face covering throughout your journey, unless you’re exempt.
After a year of Covid we are still going through changes in regards to where we can go and travel to. But be assured as restrictions lift and change we are still here (as we have been throughout) to help ensure you get to the places that matter most.
Connecting you with work, education, the doctors or the supermarket is part of what we do. As restrictions ease you may notice our buses getting busier. We have our Busy Bus feature on our App to help indicate if a service is normally busy or quiet. We are also still operating social distancing on buses so capacity is limited. You may notice 'Bus Full' signs on the front of buses, so please ensure you have plenty of time to get to where you need to be.
We have implemented enhanced daily cleaning regimes, which are now part of our norm, and we ask for you to wear a face covering out of consideration for others (if you can), we also encourage you to use contactless to pay for your journey.
All these aspects are part of ensuring everyone travels with confidence on our buses.
Finally your continued support has been amazing, and we have received some lovely positive and heart-warming messages sent to out teams which has been a great source of pride for our colleagues across the region.
We wanted to check in with customers and colleagues to understand how we have been doing and we received some stories of their experiences of Stagecoach during the pandemic and what was important to them - click on the stories above to see what they had to say!
