National Customer Service Week 2017

We've been celebrating National Customer Service Week, with our customer and employees taking part in a range of local activities throughout the week from 2-6 October.

National Customer Service Week is run by the Institute of Customer Service and aims to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

During National Customer Service Week, Stagecoach’s bus and rail employees across the UK took part in a series of local activities aimed at highlighting the importance of continuing to deliver good customer service day in, day out for passengers.

Mystery Shop Monday  We sent out several members of staff from different roles across East Scotland to put Stagecoach's customer service to the test! Staff were undercover on board our own services, as well as visiting other local businesses to see what's hot and what's not in customer service. Our customer service spies will soon report back on their findings and we'll share the results across the company.
Treats for Tuesday We travelled around East Scotland handing out treats to our customers treats! We hope you enjoyed your goodies :)
Midweek Mantras Our dedicated customer service team have been talking to a range of staff about the common customer issues they assist with every day, and have provided staff with mantras to follow and work by that make sure we're providing the best possible customer service at all times.
Don't forget - our customer service team are on hand Monday to Friday between 0700 and 1900 each day to answer all your queries and supply the latest service information, and it's super easy to contact the team if you've got a query!
