Wigan as easy as 1 2 3

From Sunday 28 October 2018, we want to make using a Stagecoach bus easy for you. 

We’ve simplified our route numbers and singles fares, so many of you who buy single fares will now be paying less.

New ticket prices From Sunday 28 October 2018

Single fares – Buy from the driver We’ve simplified singles fares so depending on how far you travel single fares will either be, £1.50, £2.00, £2.50, £3.00 or £3.50.*

You can check your new single fare using the "Plan a journey" option on the right . Please select your day of travel after 28 October (available from 7 October). 

 

Buy on mobile or from the driver

  • Wigan dayrider adult £4.20
  • 7 day Wiganrider adult £14.50

The prices of one day, seven day and longer period tickets covering travel throughout Greater Manchester are unchanged. Don’t forget you can now pay contactless on the bus, although we still take cash!

Look at these improvements:

  • A covered concourse and seated waiting area
  • A ticket and information outlet, and shop
  • Clear and concise electronic information passenger displays
  • High-quality, fully accessible toilets, babychanging and a Changing Places facility
  • Better passenger security, including CCTV
  • Secure, covered cycle parking
  • Direct pedestrian links to the town-centre
  • Environmental improvements, including solar panels and LED lighting.
