48 Stagecoach Gold

Route 48 Stagecoach Gold connects Coventry, Bedworth and Nuneaton to Hinckley, Leicester, Mancetter and Atherstone.

The 48 is a great way to make those cross country connections in style whether you are commuting or just looking for a great day out.

Buses run:
up to every 20 minutes from Nuneaton to Leicester 
up to every 10 minutes from Nuneaton to Coventry

LeicesterLeicester is just over an hour on Route 48 from Nuneaton and less than an hour from Hinckley, with buses running up to every 20 minutes between Nuneaton and Leicester.

Indulge in some serious retail therapy at the Highcross shopping centre . Along with all your favourite high street names, there are plenty of small independent places and loads of eateries to relax and grab a bite to eat. 

The 2012 unearthing of the remains of King Richard III in a council car park has sparked a revival of the city’s heritage - visit the King Richard III visitor centre to learn all about this fantastic discovery.  Leicester Cathedral is also well worth a visit with over 900 years of history to delve into.

 

 

CoventryCoventry is less than an hour on route 48 from Nuneaton and buses run up to every 10 minutes.

   
There are lots of things to do in this busy city, and a great place to start is shopping with an abundance of shops just a short walk from the bus station.
