Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Government Coronavirus Measures - Changes to bus services (Northamptonshire)

Revised timetables from Sunday 30th August 2020

From the 30th August services will be enhanced to reintroduce school journeys. We have also made changes so we have more buses running; especially on our busy routes.

Some journeys will be exclusively for students and every seat will be used on those trips. These journeys are clearly marked in the relevant timetables.

We will be using additional buses where needed, to ensure we have room for you

We have put in place extensive enhanced measures to keep buses clean and safe so you can feel confident about using them. There is an enhanced cleaning regime which means buses are cleaned daily, with a particular focus on key touch points, and additional in service cleaning where possible.

Social distancing measures are now in place on all bus services, which means that each individual bus has around 20% of normal passenger capacity. Face covering should also be worn (those exempt can request a journey assistance card here).

You can find our 10 point guide to travelling with us here
