Stagecoach Gold X4 runs between Peterborough and Northampton – it’s a premium service at no extra cost.
From October 2018 there are new gold buses on route X4, they have USB charging sockets, leather seats, extra legroom, environmental engines, friendly and welcoming drivers and free Wi-Fi*.

Buses run up to every 30 minutes between Peterborough, Corby, Kettering & Northampton

Peterborough Cathedral is right in the city centre and is renowned for its medieval painted nave ceiling, dating from around 1230 and the only one of its type in Britain. You can take a guided tour of the cathedral floor, or for the more daring among you brave the heights of the tower for fantastic views of the city.
