November Coffee Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

This November, we’re helping commuters stay warm by giving away up to 5x vouchers / gift cards, each worth £30, to the café/coffee chain of the winners choice. On top of this, each winner will also receive a 7 day MegaRider ticket for the area of their choice.

The prize draw will be simultaneously run across both Instagram and Facebook, allowing people to enter on either platform. The duration of the prize draw is Wednesday 6th November until Monday 11th November 2024.



Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The November coffee prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 and over.
  2. The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies connected with Stagecoach or their direct family members.
  3. Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, which can be changed at any time without notice.
  4. The prize draw will be simultaneously run across both Instagram and Facebook, allowing people to enter on either platform.

    i. On Instagram, a valid entry will require a user to like the post, comment their favourite thing about Autumn and to follow the Stagecoach Instagram page. Users can gain a bonus entry on Instagram by sharing the post to their story.

    ii. On Facebook, a valid entry will require a user to like the post, comment their favourite thing about Autumn and follow the Stagecoach Facebook page. Users can gain a bonus entry on Facebook by sharing the post to their story.

    iii. While other content will be going live throughout the campaign, only entries on the prize draw post on either Instagram or Facebook (that adhere to the entry criteria stated above) will be counted. There is no other way to enter this prize draw.

  6. Only one response and one bonus entry per person is permitted. An entrant found to have made multiple entries may be disqualified.
  7. By submitting an entry to the prize draw, you give Stagecoach the right to use your name for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the prize draw.
  8. Stagecoach accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  9. The prize draw opens at 11am on Wednesday 6th November and closes at 5pm on Monday 11th November 2024. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
  10. The winners will be chosen at random on or before Wednesday 13th November. The prize is a voucher worth £30 to a coffee vendor/cafe/coffee chain of their choice along with a 7 day MegaRider ticket.
  11. The winners will be picked at random and notified on either Facebook or Instagram and given details of how their prize will be issued. If a winner does not respond to Stagecoach within 3 days of being notified of their win, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Stagecoach can select another winner in accordance with the process described above if they wish. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Stagecoach shall be entitled to select another winner if they wish in accordance with the process described above.
  12. The gift card / voucher to the coffee chain / café of the winners choice will be issued within seven days of the winners claiming their prize. The winners must select a place where a gift card / voucher can be purchased online by Stagecoach, as no cash alternative will be offered. Regarding the 7 day MegaRider ticket the winners will need an account on the Stagecoach app. The winners can choose their location and the MegaRider ticket will be delivered to the winners account where they can activate it when they’re ready. Once activated the 7 days will run consecutively. Inactivated tickets will expire in 12 months from delivery and Stagecoach will not be required to issue a new ticket. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other prize.
  13. Stagecoach accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or any other person as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
  14. Stagecoach reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Stagecoach in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
